As the President of Mosaic Management Group, Cindy is responsible for the overall strategic direction at Mosaic, overseeing corporate office operations, development and acquisitions. She is also responsible for guiding sustained growth, marketing and branding, and developing leading edge properties that reflect an unrelenting commitment to program excellence and an architectural responsiveness to industry challenges. Cindy founded Mosaic with a vision of developing and managing communities , in which we, ourselves, would envision living. When Mosaic was still a concept, the priority was to build a meaningful culture where consistent profitability is one of the many rewards. Today, she has built a team with proven industry experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the swift responsiveness of a regional operator.
Krista is the Vice President of Community Operations for Mosaic, working to constantly and consistently optimize operations and improve our management platform. Prior to joining Mosaic, Krista was the Regional Director for one of the premier Senior Living operators in the country. She earned top executive of the year honors for four years running. During her tenure, she successfully positioned the assisted living and memory care communities under her control to strong EBIDA margins while achieving resident and family satisfaction results above 95%. Krista was also the Vice President of Operations for the Assisted Living Division of Towne Investments, where she helped to develop, pre-market, and successfully launch senior living communities, many of which were nationally recognized for excellence.
Misty brings more than 15 years of senior-level accounting experience, payroll administration and risk management expertise to her position leading the accounting division of Mosaic Management Group. She brings a disciplined approach to providing accurate and timely financial and management reporting. Misty is an expert in utilizing industry leading technology and software, including YARDI VOYAGER, so that she and her team can execute financial management services at an institutional level for single assets as well as for larger portfolios.
A veteran of the assisted living and memory care industry, Beth has cross-functional capabilities in human resources, operations, and education. She is responsible for the recruiting, staffing, and professional development of our Associates. Beth is a "hands-on" mentor that empowers our Associates to enhance the lives of seniors in every community and ensures that their achievements are celebrated. She knows that meaningful recognition and rewards are essential to reducing attrition and to the delivery of consistent high quality care. She has a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The underlying principle of Beth's leadership is her warm personal approach in working with our staff, our residents and their families. She knows that it is their needs and expectations that determine our overall success. This strategy translates into profitability in any economy.
As the CFO of Mosaic Management Group, Kevin spearheads Mosaic's financial management and planning responsibilities. His business and financial experiences spans 25years and highlights an impressive history of fiscal planning and management expertise. Prior to joining Mosaic, Kevin served as the managing partner for a regional property management firm with a portfolio of 5000 multifamily units serving residents and clients in Indiana, Illinois, Florida and Wisconsin.
